By car

From Vienna: West Autobahn A1 (exit Amstetten Nord), continue on main roads via Waidhofen/Ybbs, Weyer (B121) and Altenmarkt an der Enns, Weißenbach an der Enns, St. Gallen (B115).From Graz or Linz: Pyhrn Autobahn A9 (exit Admont-Gesäuse) at Ardning.From Salzburg: Tauern Autobahn A10 and Ennstal Road B320 via Schladming and Liezen.Important information: Please make sure to use the designated parking areas in the National Park.

By bus on demand

Reservation by phone at least one hour before departure. Groups of more than 6 people have to register the day before the departure before 6:30 pm. The bus will pick you up at one of the designated bus stops. It is possible to get off the bus elsewhere (max. 500 metres away from one of the bus stops). By train

The train service from Vienna runs on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. When it’s not possible to catch the train through the Gesäuse, you can rely on bus line 912 (Kleinreifling – Liezen) to take you there. Change from train to bus at either Weißenbach/St. Gallen or Liezen station.
